Text of Complaint by Arshdeep Kaur:

I have ordered a dress from from a seller Kaya Feb on Amazon.in with advance payment. They were showing your dress will be deliver between 8 January to 11 January. I was weighting for shipment of this product i had tracked many times they were showing a right image of product. But today suddenly before dispatching product they are showing another cheap product by replacing that one i have ordered. When i complained about this they are saying they will refund if wrong product will be there, but i dont want refund my money back instead i want right product that i have ordered. I have selected that product after searching for many days how can they make me weight for so many days and then showing disagree themselves for the replacement. I want product that i have ordered this is my right now as i have fulfilled all the terms of payment etc. and i have all proofs related to latter product that i have selected and recent picture what they are showing now. They are trying to cheat costumers by showing great discount on expensive products and then replacing them with cheaper one. please help me as soon as possible.
