There was a mobile financing loan sanctioned on nov 2021 and i paid it on november with the full amount but then it is showing an overdue of Rs 54.
Please note that i get neither any mail nor any call regarding the overdue , they simply put it as overdue of rs 54 which affected by cibi report very badly .my cibil has come down to 663 from 751 and when i conatcted regarding the same they have not replied me with a proper solution.
