Text of Complaint by Nandini:

I have just placed an order for carbamide forte PCOS balance tablet from pohunch.com of rs 464. But when I checked whether my order has been placed or not.. then it is showing no order is placed even after payment has been debited from my account .now when I am trying to call them.. I’m not getting any response from them neither WhatsApp is working

  1. You should raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
