Product ordered was not received and the one which I received is of very low quality and size is also different from which I ordered and when called the toll free number they are telling to download the app from play store and when I asked that why I need to download the app to return the wrong order, he said only then your order will be returned. After that I further asked him that while ordering it wasn’t required to download the app then while returning why should I download the app and he replied to it that then the product won’t be changed and threatened me saying that “aap karva lijiye apne tarike se fir agar aapko app nahi download karni to”
