My CIBIL score is affected by 3 due personal loan accounts from IDFC First bank. The loan account is created when I used the Flipkart Pay Later service. Even I have paid the EMIs on time and completed the full payment, it is still showing as due account in my cibil. The issue I have noticed due to a letter from IDFC 4 months back, which stated that I have some due with them and at that time I have contacted both the bank and Flipkart to resolve the issue. After few calls and communications flipkart told me that the issue is resolved and I got an another letter from IDFC that the initial letters were sent by mistake. So, I thought all are went well. Recently, I tried to take a loan and the lenders rejected my application and I enquired the cause then I known that my cibil score is very low and the Flipkart Pay Later loan accounts are the cause of this. Again I have tried to contact Flipkart and Bank but no resolution until now. Currently, my CIBIL report is showing 3 loan accounts are in due, and I have directly contacted the bank and they told me that one account is pending Rs. 4 to pay and one is closed recently and the other one don’t have any amount to pay but it is not yet closed.
