I have taken the loan in Rupeeredee app of 7000 rs and due to some reasons i make the delay of payment so they charged me some late fees and i got the call from RUPEEREDEE Executive and sent me the Link to pay the due Amount and the amount is 8201 and through that link i make the payment but still they are showing some balance amount and chargeing me late charges and i call to the customer care and the details but they are not giving correct answer and taking rudely and threating me that they will close as Settlement in Your CIBIL
