Upon checking my credit report i found that i have an active acount of a loan of ₹5000 under the head of Lendbox transactree pvt ltd as a short time loan that i have not taken as i have looked into every possible accounts including my bank transactions, purchases..
It is affecting my credit score.. Plz help to resolve.
