I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding a personal loan entry listed under the name PAYUFINAN for ₹500, which appears in my credit report. I was unaware of this loan and have no recollection of applying for or availing such a facility.

Despite regular and significant transactions through my bank account, I have recently faced rejections while applying for personal loans. Upon inquiring directly with the bank, I was informed that this entry with past late payments is adversely affecting my CIBIL score.

I kindly request you to:

1. Please verify the legitimacy of this loan account (created in October 2021).

2. If this is an error or an unauthorised entry, I request that it be removed or corrected immediately.

3. If any documentation or further details are needed from my side to support this request, please let me know.

This issue is causing serious inconvenience to me, and I would be truly grateful for your prompt assistance in resolving it.
