Sir , i order eCraftIndia handicrafted Decorative Wall/Door/Window Hanging Bells Wind Chimes Showpiece of rupees 149 in amazon but they did not hand over me the order. The amazon app updated as delivered. This happen two times and i had already complain to customer care about the subject but they told me they have taken the action agains the delivery boy. I asked them that this happen two times what action did you taken again the delivery boy but they denied to told. Sir, they waste my time and told me that they will return tbe money instead of searching my order. This is a kind of harassment . I accept one time fault. Evry one has mistake but this happen second time on the same product. The delivery boy even contact nor give a miss call on my number. They already play a game. Please help me i already wasting 18day on this product
