I booked ticket online for “the pope’s exorcist” at JK movies Irinjalakuda. We reached the theatre 15 minutes earlier and the management made us wait in the hot climate without a fan or air conditioner, and later when we became agitated for delay , they informed us that show is cancelled due to lack of numbers. The ticket expense might be refunded but who will meet the expense of our travel to and fro to the theatre. The theatre staff was very annoying and rude when asked about the cancellation.
