Hi good morning!
I am writing this to convey the kind of harrassment I’m facing from several loan companies so called Nbfc’s.
Few months back due to an emergency I have taken a loan from some companies or Nbfc’s and started rotating them in the process the loans got so excessive that my salary is not enough and few of them have given me settlement where I closed them.
But few of them (loan 112, xpressloans, fundobaba, bharat loans and ayaan finserve) are harassing me due to delay in payment stating they will send an email to my hr department disclosing my financial status and also threatening to call my contacts which they got access to. One of the company has already sent email to my company people with my video of kyc attached.
I wanted to check if there is a way to stop these harrasment and get some time to close the loans or settle them.
