Text of Complaint by Sheela:
I have ordered (order # OD9702, from Family mart ,MH enterprises ) through Face book foldable water proof multipocket bag (Buy 1 get 1) @ Rs. 1199/- with COD. But the seller have delivered on 28.10.23 only one bag although on packing cover 2 quantity was written.
Such a fake site..I have ordered two foldable waterproof bag. They have mentioned 2 in the package but delivered one
My mother also ordered two but received only one bag. There’s no way to contact the seller
Agree they are totally fraud . Even I ordered foldable bag . It was mentioned as 1 + 1 . But got delivered only one . Though in package 2 were mentioned. No way to contact these guys . I hope consumer court dept looks into these fraudster
