ORDER ID- OD123109044205441000,
I have ordered five number of Vinod Steel cookware as in trail mail but only one delivered and even after repeated complaint no solution provided.
Delivery boy came with only one packet asked for delivery code , delivered only one number of item and told that remaining FOUR will come later.
But as soon as i provided code all five items marked delivered in the mobile app.
We stopped delivery boy and explained him and showed the order details , he checked his mobile job sheet and showed to us that only one item

We then contacted flipkart and lodged complaint , we asked then and there if he wants to speak to delivery person but he assured that there is no need for that
and it will resolved and refund will be processed but even after repeated complaints no solution provided.
Now call centre people also not taking the complaint and I have no option left but to lodge a police complaint.
