I had ordered 2 pairs of Puma Shoes ( 1. red coloured, 2. Black coloured) from Nykaa Man App on 27th October. I received a box on 1st Nov’22. On opening the box, I got 2 Puma shoe boxes, one had the black shoe and the there box was empty. I raised a complaint to Nykaa Man on the same day and was issued a ticket no: 6672935777 for my complaint. After multiple follow up over the next 2 weeks, I was told the Nykaa had shipped the product accurately and my complaint was rejected. I have had multiple calls with them but the issue remains unresolved. I demand that Nykaa Man refund the amount of the missing shoe ( Rs.5519.00)
