I ordered Redmi Note 7 Pro from shopupi.in on 31st March 2019 and made my payment from phonepe. my order id was 18552966. Not its been 14 days and i have not received my order. There customer care no is also not working and i have paid them 13500. Please i need my money refunded. please help me.
