I paid for a sports camera via Razorpay, the payment was completed but the website of the company shoptroom kept on showing it as pending payment.

I wrote many emails to the company and even to razorpay regarding the anomaly but the company does not reply to any email or complaint. I have even sent a letter by speedpost but got no response from the company.

The Shoptroom website seems to be of a fraud company which is not responding to any mails. there is also no contact phone number anywhere in the website
