I ordered a red over white row from shopsy but it was delivered today 14th October between 2:30/3:00 pm I have but when I open the packaging I see only red row and wrong color It has been given and when I am calling the customer care number, the phone is not picking up and the call is being cut off repeatedly. And The saree is not being refunded please help
