After discovering this brand on Instagram, I decided to purchase cargo pants with a cash on delivery option. I carefully reviewed all the refund and exchange terms before placing the order. However, I received a wrong and cheap track pant product instead. Unfortunately, I am unable to find any means to address my complaint, as there is no proper website or phone number and the email provided for customer support does not exist. Upon researching, it became evident that the Shopsbuddy brand has duped many other customers with the same exact strategy. I am greatly concerned about losing Rs.1000 and urgently need a refund.
