This is a company that claims to help NRI get their items delivered outside india. They have many issues
1. They are not transparent about their Delievery charges
2. They dont give right information about the status of any order
3. They give incorrect instructions to make customers pay double or sometime triple the expected cost.
4. When follow up, they prefer not to reply
5. They are stealing money from customers.
I’m attaching a screenshot where
1. They first communicated to me that all the items will be delivered together bit later informed me that only 2 items are shipped. They have charged me $50 for those 2 items.
2. I’ve received only 1 item (in green) and other items are missing.
