Have ordered imported high quality shoe rack. received broken and damaged old small sizes rack.
Shoppers Zone Website running adds on Facebook in premium manner and not having any proper contact details.
Doing fraud in Cash on Delivery without any supply details and without proper invoice through ekart.
No customer service both ekart and shopppers zone.
It’s very dangerous for society. I lost Rs.999/- paid through cash on delivery through ekart supply.
Worst experience had in online purchase.

“IMPORTED SHOE RACK- HIGH QUALITY”
Regular price Rs. 4,999.00 Sale price Rs. 999.00 Save Rs. 4,000.00 but they have sent a really low quality different products photos attached and that too is broken. I was fool enough to trust there website.

Now I am trying to contact their customer support via the provided email ID the email is bouncing back.
