Please find the underlying issues I have faced with AJIO app.
I had ordered 1) ORDER NO FL0358864465
French connection jeans and MFT couture reptilian heels from AJIO and
initiated refund for both products due to size issue. Only jeans were picked up and sent back to warehouse but refund was made for MFT heels. Where is the rest of the money? There is a difference of INR 226/-. Where is the 226. why was refund of wrong product initiated?
2) ORDER NO FN1254205749
Delivery unsuccessful for two items (Two Superdry Flip flops) for no reason. I have pre paid for all items in this order. One item delivered and two superdry flip flops not delivered but return created. WHERE IS THE REFUND OF BOTH FLIP FLOPS?
