I have ordered some beuty products from just herbs website on 4th September, 2023. The order ID was #1355889. I haven’t received any detail about my order dispatch. I can’t even track the order status. The order has been showing under process since last 15 days. I tried reaching out their customer service but that is also of no help as they don’t receive the call nor do they reply back on the WhatsApp helpline. Kindly help.
