I ordered a kurta from instagram (kumkum_chikankari). Their return policy was return/exchange within 15 days. It was cash on delivery payment. They sent a totally wrong product on 4 March 2023.
I contacted the seller, and they are now not responding. Just saying it will be done but after that no answer, no response. their WhatsApp number is +91 8780098268. The address on the package reads Saffron Silk Plot no 12/826/A West side Bhavnagri sheri RaniTalav Surat Gujarat 395003.
