I had placed an order for INR 6096/—paid in full via Upi. And now there is no response from them about the delivery. So, just to check what’s happening, why aren’t they responding? They are just giving one-word responses on WhatsApp and not responding to calls or mails. I found their Facebook page, and then I was shocked to see a few other customer responses on their page, being angry and saying it’s a fake.Would be grateful if you could please help in this matter.
