Respected sir,
Few weeks ago I did shopping from insta web (https://wonder-collection-06f6.myshopify.com). And after than I try to track the product but it wasn’t delivered. So I found customer care number from website (https://www.click.in/coimbatore/wonder-collection-06f6-myshopify-com-custome-r-care-number-7-c175-v46893494). Than I call to both +9170336 99406 &
+91-859746 6842 but only +91-859746 6842 This number found be active. Than this person ask about my order ID and told me to give only refund. So I agree with him for refund than I ask to transfer via G pay or bank transfer but he said it wasn’t our protocol. Than he convince me to download RING FAST app and it will be refunded on this account only. So I sign up on RING FAST than he send me text message which are received by his other number (text message screenshot has been attached below). After than I check my RING FAST account and it shows that transaction of 500/- and 2500/-. I don’t know how it happened. I wasn’t even open RING FAST to make transactions. I never use this application before or this kind of which provides credit amount. I just wanna refund from shopping of 500 but i wasn’t have any idea about this scheme. I don’t know this transaction happened without my permission. I am honestly and genuinely tell you a truth only.
Kindly humble request to you make this investigation more active and further to get my money back. I swear of God that I didn’t make those transactions. I also raise complain on cyber crime. Please do everything to bust those fraud persons. Before it hurt more people.
