Payment received by Amazon seller services and shipped by Amazon Shipping services have no clue abt their shipment with their own AWB tracking ID and Bill.
I ordered for Intelligent Photochromic | Auto Focus | Anti Blue | Ultra Light Reading Glasses
but they sent a very cheap low quality useless product which was not as advertised. The shipping was done by Amazon Shipping Services and Payment of 1499 was paid to Amazon Seller Services. To my dismay when I called ccare of Amazon they say they have no details of the product Or seller as it’s third party seller ShoppeHut and Amazon was just shipping and has no details inspite of providing the AWB NO. 323288281641

I tried to reach shoppehut but no response. The payment was made thru phone pay amt 1499 to Amazon Seller Services. The payment was received by Amazon seller services and The shipping was done by Amazon Shipping and the ccare says they do not have any details of the sender or seller they picked the item from? What a Joke. There was no contact details of seller too. Return Add was Shoppehut return address OFFICE Shiv Puram Satbari Road Koyala Nagar Kanpur 208011.
I have the UPI transaction ID if required.
Kindly file my complaint and arrange for refund.
