I recently purchased dry fruits of nutraj company through an Instagram add which appeared genuine and looked authentic. However after placing the order and waiting for 10days of the time, I have not seen any activity on my order and when I checked the order confirmation email it showed sender address as no-reply@shopifyemail.com and mentioned contact email id as mailto:kdbwwivujipp@exelica.com.I sent couple of emails asking for an update on the email id but haven’t received any response. The payment gateway used for this transaction is Payu in_paisa. I am not sure how to.proceed on this. Please help
