I went to the mobile shop for the completion of the kyc for the patym. The service is free for the customers as claimed by the paytm. After the completion of the kyc the shop owner asked me ₹80 for the kyc and stating that he had the done kyc for 2 people and we have to pay the ₹80 as the charge for the completion of the kyc. So it’s my request to you that you should take a strict action on the shop owner as he charges all customers for the kyc by saying that company does not give amount for the kyc so he charge fir that service that is free. Please charge him punishment for the wrongful practices in doing this business.
