I have a purchase of Anti-virus of 399 rupees on 15th July 2021. Payment got deducted immediately, now my order is showing in processing all the time till date. I have sent an email to 121@airtel.in, we care, multiple time copying CEO, CEO Desk and CFO, but there is no resolution. I have called 121 there is no option for this service SHOP. Now, each time I send mail, they say that wallet is inactive. I dont like using Airtel Wallet. However, while purchasing online they gave other UPI and mode of payments. Now, I think that I have been cheated on using SHOP on the app. I need a compensation of wasting my time as well.
