Respected sir,
I purchased shoes by Cash on Delivery from Club Factory on dated:09/01/2019 but shoes did not suit me. So I returned on dated: 11/01/2019 and pick up completed by seller. After that return accepted by Club Factory on 19/01/2019 at Bilaspur, Gurgaon, Haryana. I have already spoken to the senior officer three times on phone no. 6289007566 but nobody listened to me and I haven’t got refund right now. Shoes details are given below:- 1.
