There has been a serious flaw in the shoe design and the material used for shoe manufacturing. Shoes have been delivered to me on 15.11.2021 and just after usage of 2-3 months the shoe have started to damage. However i could bring to customer care notice vide mail dtd 20.03.2022. However they have rejected my request saying that the product warranty is for 3 months. However my point is though i have brought to their notice just after 3 months the wear and tear has started within warranty period. Also the warranty is for manufacturing defect, but my case is for design flaw. The product designed is so fragile that with regular usgae of just 3 month shoes have damaged.
