I ordered one shoe rack product from an advertisement in Instagram from SHIFTO 1kg. I haven’t received any confirmation message either on phone or on my email. However, the product has been delivered through eKart today ( 07-03-2024) and paid through COD.
once the package is open and checked it is a damaged product and also not the expected product.
Its a dummy product ..please look into it and arrange for refund
