Hello,
This is to complain regarding the sudden increase in our electricity bill. We have received the bill of 18,005.48 rupees. As per the consumption history of the same month in 2019 the bill was not more than 6000 rupees.
We have already paid the bill till June 2020. However, the units has been increased, adding up the previous units as well. After the addition the total units are 2110. However, even if the units been added the paid units should be deducted.
This is ridiculous. I demand a brief summary how the units and bill has been calculated because originally the units in July shows 568. We have never paid an electricity bill more than 6000 rupees in past 2 years.
Provide an proper detailed explanation. Please find the attached document as well.
