Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent order I placed through your online store (Ad in Youtube). I ordered two cargo pants, but what I received was far from acceptable.

The items sent to me were torn, dirty, used, and had a strong unpleasant odor. This is completely unacceptable and not at all what I expected from the Shirt Burry company. To make matters worse, I have attempted to contact the customer service for a refund, but I have not received any assistance or resolution.

This situation is deeply disappointing and has caused me significant inconvenience. I request an immediate take action and a response addressing this issue.
