So I got delivered a shoe rack today, exactly 10 minutes ago and since they made it COD.. I didn’t have any other option but to pay and get it because i thought my parents could’ve ordered it. I opened the delivery box and the shoe rack was broken and damaged a lot.The shipment itself lacks a lot of information regarding the supplier but somehow there was the customer care number that was provided.I called it and they sent me a link. When I followed the link it made me login using the mobile number.. and i logged in using the same mobile number they made a call and then it says that the order cannot be found and we contacted the delivery person he said he can’t help us with this.. they are a complete scam. I paid 1000 rupees for this. The order ID is #2217.
