I am a consumer at shiprocket a courrier aggregator and they collect my money from my customers, and they are supposed to send me the money to me after collecting but they have not sent my full money, I am seeing the difference in my books and the money they have not sent me is arround 10 lakh rupees, i am trying to call them but they are not responding and i am trying to write emails but no body responding me, even they are denying to give me any explaination on this, i will go legally on it and will proceed this matter in court. To all the people who are using shiprocket be aware about their fraud with their consumers.
