I am a seller, and I had sent a shipment worth 17172 (COD) to my buyer via Amazon Shipping on Shiprocket portal, which had fabrics. I sent the shipment on 29th July. It was supposed to be delivered on 1st August, but till today it is not delivered and they are not responding to any query, just extending the resolution time. They are not even allowing me to talk to Amazon Shipping for my shipment. The buyer has cancelled the order, and I don’t know the whereabouts of my product, and I am suffering loses because of this. I am attaching screenshot of the support tickets, I have been escalating the ticket since Aug 2, three times so far, but they dont reply, and automated reply says ‘In process’
