9029037071 as I don’t have trust on your team as everyone is coming with the new stories today I received the call from one madam and she is saying that shipment still not dispatched but on your tracking id its showing that its laying at Chennai ware house. So, please let us know how we can trust on Amazon your representative is saying that shipment not shipped yet and online its showing something as. I have never expected this type of nonsense from amazon now I am feeling that your team is really harassing me I need the compensation of the same and giving you final 2 days’ time please resolve the issue or will go to the court as I am not going to cancel my order as its already one month is over and I have paid you advance for the same 34999/- is not a small amount.

 

The behaviour of your team is pushing me to take the Legal action against amazon as its pure cheating and 420 done by amazon know I am losing my faith from Amazon.

 

 

 

I need the solution instead of new stories so please do your work properly and stop spoiling the name of amazon. Should I put on tweeter and other online portal???

 

 

 

This is the way you are treating your customers??? Every day following this issue is my big task. I will see my work or need to run behind you guys. We have placed the order no # 405-5199781-3475503,  Hariom Handicraft Kendal Wood Furniture Solid Sheesham Wood Sofa Set | Wooden Sofa Set | Living Room Furniture (3+1+1 with Center Table) and we have paid 34999/- on the time of order. As per Amazon the Dispatch estimate: Tuesday 25 August 2020 – Tuesday

8 September 2020 but till the date we have not received the shipment. It’s really horrible and not easy to digest that Amazon poor performance. I have made the call on 19th of Sep 2020 and your customer care team person ensure me that material will be delivered within 2 days but again you team is fail to deliver the same. Today again I have made the call to customer care team but and your representative is saying another story that she is not able to track the shipment.

 

 

 

Its first time we have seen poor performance of Amazon team and I am not happy with the answer of your representative. Now we are losing our trust and faith from Amazon as I am not getting proper feedback and current status of shipment as per your Tracker ID its showing that material is laying in Chennai at your ware house. I need the compensation on the same as I am feeling mentally harassment from amazon team. Request you to kindly look into the matter seriously and update me with in 24 Hrs otherwise will take the legal action against Amazon. Now I am totally feed-up with the stories of amazon team please do the needful.
