I had a courier sent through DTDC after verifying that the recipient address is feasible for delivery. However they have said that the order can’t be delivered and sent back to the origin adress from where the courier was sent. When I have gone to receive the returned parcel at hub, they were saying that tha parcel is not available and we need to file online complaint. I have contacted DTDC customer service on twitter and on Mail, a token has been generated. However, no reply or action can be seen even after passage of 1 month
