Hello sir/Ma’am
Actually I had purchased a Airdopes 141 pro on 21st September 2022 . But in this February I felt some problem that the earbuds is not charging. I applied for warranty claim & My invoice also approved. BoAt Selected to Xpressbees for pickup the product from my location. But till now no courior boy has come to pickup the product. And the pickup courier was cancelling the pickup again and again. When I called their Costumer service number they told me that the the service is not available, and you should visit our office which is near you . When I visited & called their Costumer service number, They cut my call & when I called again they blocked my number. So please take a strict action against it .
