Delhivery courier services have damaged my parcel items, i had sent mangoes to my relative in bangalore. The shipment was picked up on monday 5th june, 2023. I was informed by the pick up agent that the parcel should be delivered in two days itself. Delhivery claims on their app to do expess delivery within 3 days, once the shipment was confirmed the app updated the delivery time to 4.5 days (9th june evening). I was tracking the delivery through the app and raised a ticket for the delay (Reference ticket#s 62471434 and9986543218. I was informed today that my parcel is damaged. On asking for further discussion with the executive regarding the refund of rs9986543218 for the mangoes and 400 the express delivery, the executive rudely told me “appko esa bhejte hi kyu ho, mat bhejo na”. The senior manager is not picking up calls. Their customer care is also not responsive.
