Hi sir,
We paid Rs.25000/- to Mr. Arun / Sailer, to secure SEA MA job in supply vessel into SAUDI ARABIA. For this purpose, we also handover the ORIGINAL INDIA CDC to him. He charged us 2 lakh / after getting the offer letter, flight ticket @ 250 uds /pm.
But while in the middle, he demanded to remit the full amount.
BUt we refused,and ask him to return the advance amount and original documents. BUt he is dragging now and refused to return the sum.
We’ve remitted the advance amount through bank in his wife’s name and holding a valid proof.
Could you please assist me to get the original documents and the sum we paid???
