we fixed shingles at our gym room terrace from Jaswant Tiles and Ply (Pune) Mr. Vishwas Patil, but it was not fixed properly since day 1 and we are facing water leakage issue while raining since day 1 (since 1 year) . we contacted him multiple times but still he didn’t fix the issue, due water leaking our gym room flooring and ceiling got damaged. This vendor was appointed by our Architect and Vendor had given bill in the name of Architect. Please suggest your valuable advice or any action against him would be appreciated.
