I have given order thru ShineSummer online portal for Mobile -Genex Galaxy M21 Smart phone 6GB, but I got parcel thru XpressBees courier of Q-Tel Keypad phone on 24.05.20 instead of Smart phone, amount value -2999/-
And the Customer care number of Shinesummer is now invalid, and there is no response thru mail given and the Shinesummer online shopping portal is also unavailable now onwards.
Please look into this matter and help me out,
