I have received a wrong item. I ordered

I RECEIVED NO BRAND NAME BLUETOOTH MINI SPEAKER. WHAT IS THIS. THIS IS JUST CHEATING BUSINESS. IT IS DONE BY NOT MISTAKE. CHEATING PEOPLE. I WANT THE REAL BOOM BOX. PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
This is the 2 email address given and both are wrong address. help@shinesummer.in, hello@shinesummer.in I tried to send the mail to both addresses but mail returned back to me. Both address does not exist.
