I made a transaction on the website shinesummer.com based on good reputation of PayUMoney payment gateway. The PayUMoney payment ID 321207779 with amount 999 was deducted in the name of Ankit Jain instead of website. This raised suspicion and I immediately sent a mail to help center of this website which was non existent. Then I did a search on internet and found out that multiple complains have been filed for the fraud of this website.
PayUMoney is either incompetent in doing business or facilitating frauds to conduct online business.
I also faced similar problem with Pay u money during June 2018 while making payment of EDMC property tax.The payment deducted four times and Pay u money did not respond to my e mails and customer complaint number
Shine Summer company is fraud Company, and it’s show different products and delivers different products. and costumer care not also not working what they are mentioned in website and delivery box. So don’t do the any trading with this fraud company..
A hopeless company. Do not buy anything from this company. All email IDs are false. Customer care contact number 8447215464 all service on this number deactivated. I received at least 3 shirts but size material and color are hopeless. Do not order anything.
