I received a call today stating if i register with Rs. 100 i will be register with Shine.com and start receiving job information relevant to my profile. Then i moved forward with payment and entered Rs. 100 in the Amount field. But once the transaction was complete my account got debited with Rs. 19445. They said due to some technical error this has happened and i can file refund for the same. When i tried refund option my account get debited by another Rs. 19751. Due to this i had to block my account and all other facilities related to my account.
