Text of Complaint by Anand Lawrence:

Initially I got call from shine.com they made a promise if I pay some charges for job service I can able to see undisclosed openings explicitly for the registered candidates (which helps the candidate guaranteed placement) . Also, they promised, it is just one time payment there won’t be any other hidden charges valid for one year. After making the payment one relationship manager named Abhishek Mishra gave me call stating you need to give me consent to talk with my senior associate he will guide you to go further especially after observing my resume and profile after that they said I need to buy two certifications for getting placement one hundred twenty percentage guaranteed (if I pay the 10k with GST for video resume and educational verification plus certification). But after making payment they are coming up with another payment proposal. I asked him clearly before only that how much will you charge for your services for which they didn’t tell the amount. After finishing first payment they opt for second than third. Likewise, they go on. This was the point I have lost my trust on shine services; they pretend it as just a learning application but technically shine promised me that I will get opportunity in couple of days. They do just the e- learning paid certification, which gives customers frustration in present job market. On the same day (after making the payment just in hours) I have requested the customer service for the refund. there was no response. After that I have made a complaint in this forum then they contacted me via mail stating accelation remove shinehr recruiters (Mr Ranjan Hudda) said they will refund in 24 hours. They asked me sent my account details. Now after 6 to 9 days they say it is not from shine might be from someone else. This is the point they do it in a wise way sending messages personally from workers mail irrespective of using company mail. How is it possible someone can say you made a case against our reputed company shine.com? please imagine. Once we register a complaint we will get response from a team member we are trying to reach you. After a point it will be given problem solved. It clearly gives like a match fixing. Please do the appropriate. I need my hard-earned money back. Sir in this pandemic we people mostly have crisis also undergoing financial trouble we don’t have job. That is the reason we register using this online portal. At least if they could take some minimum amount and refund rest that would be more appropriate. I request you to help me in this regard and help others not to come in this kind of trap.
