Hope you guys can help me. Today I got a call from shine.com and the executive made me pay 25000 rs . I was initially asked to pay in 3000 rs post which they give me additional services however the executive called me and told me that in order to get the full support I need to make additional money and this continued till I paid almost 25000. He was asking me to pay an Additional 23000 to avail services however I stopped and he said that we can only provide limited support with the amount I have paid.
In the corona situation I am desperately looking for a job change and in this regard I thought these guys would help me out
Now with the amount of money paid these guys are offering me only limited support which I don’t want and hope anyone can help me get the refund.
I have contacted the customer care and they are saying that they don’t have a refund policy.
