I got call from a representative of Shine.com
We had call for long time. He asked me to trust him. He kept sending mails with different amount and asked to pay.
After a 2-3 transaction I asked whether it’s going to be last transaction and he said yes.
After making that transaction he sent another link and asked me to another transaction.
I asked him that “You said the previous transaction would be last” and he replied “both are different service and previous transaction is different and this is for another”.
I didn’t made that transaction and I stopped.
The representative should Initially mention “we would like you to take this many services and which should have given estimated costs”. Instead he sent mail and transaction initiation link which we don’t need in the name of “services”.
Then I saw “ConsumerComplaintsCourt.com”, and there are multiple compliants with different subject or brief but all cases are similar, which involves, amount being payed via multiple transactions in the name of “services” and not refund. So this type of mistakes has been faced by multiple candidates from the Shine.com
So I sent mail to Shine Service team, hoping they would understand my concern and refund.
I got call from service team and explained the above situation. Also mentioned that I went through “ConsumerComplaintsCourt.com” and there are many similar compliants.
When I spoke with service team they said there is no refund and I explained the above situation to the service team in detail and he said “whatever I said would be considered as feedback”. That’s it, so didn’t actually look into my issue.
They replied it’s “No refund”.
Worst ever company.
I am facing problem with shine.com.
They are eating my hard earned money.
